We initially had 15 licenses and needed to add 5 more licenses. The admin console had a button buy more. So i followed the link and purchased an additional 5 licenses however we cannot add additional license files to the admin console because it seems to only take 1 license file. Is it possible to combine the licenses so we have 20 active licenses? I have created a support ticket and after 24 hours i have still not received a response. I find it odd that i do not have phone support for our business solution yet i do for my free virus software? Please help or i will have to request a refund.
There is no phone support for the free version (and neither for other versions).
That is done by a third party and they are only out to get your money.
24 hours is nothing, have some patience.
They will reply.
Do not create a new ticket or change the current one or it will get back at the bottom of the stack again.
