Avast Enterprise - On Demand Scan always WAITING status then fails

Hi all,

wonderful product so far…

We just implemented avast and pushed out to all of our clients.
After running a “test on demand scan” it just sits in WAITING status for HOURS, then fails.

No report, No log, No telling the administrator what went wrong.

How can I debug?

Client firewall is disabled, client has avast pushed out (done status).
What else am i missing?
