Avast firewall offline

Hello!
It’s about 2 weeks my firewall from avast internet security stopped working. It is just turned off . I can’t get it back on , i tried to reinstall, to set initial fabricatin settings nothing seems to work! The license is 1 year !

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

i don’t have the repair option just change and remove ! it was change to do the repair! i’m doing it right now! hope u r right
