Avast flags postgresql core components as malware

I’m installing the latest Postgres. Avast is deleting a key compoent, “raster2pgsql.exe”, which stops Postgres from starting. Even if I tell Avast to ignore Postgres, it won’t restore the deleted file. Most other antivirus programs are okay with the file. What’s up with Avast?
