There are some conflicting hits (belongs to or installed with different programs)on google for Interop.SHDocVw.dll so it may be best to confirm the detection.
The avast Win32:Adware-gen is generic signature (the -gen at the end of the malware name), so that is trying to catch multiple variants of the same type of malware and is a fine balance between detecting a new variant and detecting something valid as infected.
You could also check the offending/suspect file at: VirusTotal - Multi engine on-line virus scanner and report the findings here. You can’t do this with the file securely in the chest, you need to extract it to a temporary (not original) location first, see below.
Create a folder called Suspect in the C:\ drive, e.g. C:\Suspect. Now exclude that folder in the Standard Shield, Customize, Advanced, Add, type (or copy and paste) C:\Suspect* That will stop the standard shield scanning any file you put in that folder. You should now be able to export any file in the chest to this folder and upload it to VirusTotal without avast alerting.
sorry for being so ignorant with this, but do you mean I go to start my computer and then right click on C and make a folder in there?
and what do you mean by excluding the folder in the standard sheild, customize and so on
could you explain it to me like a 5 yr old would understand. sorry, but like i said i am not good with computers. i know that ppl say then we who don’t shouldn’t have a pc, but i want to fix this myself without spending 200.00 on fixing it

You don’t have to start your computer, but Yes you have to create a folder in the C: partition/drive.
You can’t create a new folder using the right click menu though, left click on the C, at the top of the explorer window, click the File menu item, you will see New and the arrow to the right shows other options, you want New Folder, see image.
This opens the new folder, type Suspect and click the enter key and you have just created the new Suspect folder.
By excluding the Suspect folder and its contents, the standard shield won’t alert when you try to upload the file to virustotal.
Left click on the avast ’ a ’ icon and if the pop-up window has a button called Details… >> click it.
This will give a detailed view of all the avast shields, select the Standard Shield.
Click the Customize button.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the Add button, now type (or copy and paste) C:\Suspect* and click the Enter key.
