Using Android. Avast! is giving me this message. When I open Avast, I don’t see anything to do. Advice? I have the premium version btw.

this is privacy advisor message, can you please look at it? what does it say? btw. could you please look into avast/settings/updates and tell me, which version of virus definitions do you have? Thanks a lot.
