Avast Free antivirus expires in 11 days, but cannot activate it

Hello. Whenever I try to activate it, it pops up with a window where it shows “select your security level” and it shows Avast Free Antivirus and Avast Internet Security. When I click on SELECT under Avast Free Antivirus tab, it shows a new tab and it says “Loyalty pays off - 70% off” and asks me to pay a certain amount of money to upgrade it. Am I missing something?

Hello and thanks for your answer. Sadly, that didn’t work. But what did work was reinstall. So I got it solved.
