Avast Free Antivirus Scans offline only

Hello,

any scan with Avast Free Antivirus I do, must be made offline, since when trying to scan online,
the voip telefon does not work anymore, unless my speed port W723V is being restarted by
disconnecting it from power for 5 minutes. Any idea regarding scanning online and keeping
the telefon alive? System: Windows 7 Prof. 64bit.

What are you scanning? And Avast Free is blocking voip access only when scanning your system? Otherwise voip works fine?

indeed avast is blocking voip when doing full virus or smart scan, otherwise it’s woring fine.
