I have reinstalled Avast plenty of times and also checked system for potential virus…never had one but also scans with kaspersky, avira found no virus.

As I mentioned I tried reinstall …wipe avast with the installer…delete all leftovers and fresh install.
So why should i go for a stupid repair…that didn’t worked once I have tried it…so yes I did and go even further and wasted hours of restarting and installing this AV.
Not to mention the wear leveling of my SSD…Avast is so buggy and to many false postives lately…one moment the AV lab confirms the software is okay just to block it the very next update of definitions again and repeat this shit.
