avast free antivirus windows 7 user profile failed to log on

Hi,

I have installed the free version of Avast on Windows 7 . When I tried to login my computer I received the message that “the user profile failed to log on”.
I have tryied restrating my computer, pressing F8 , pressing Windows and I cannot get it to start on safe mode.
Any advice here?
