Avast free destroyed my whole gaming folder.

I used fast scan ONCE and next morning uninstalled Avast because i wanted to check something, imagine my suprise when i saw my whole gaming folder with Avast uninstall files in there, ONLY these files.

Can somebody tell me what the hell happened and how can i get these files back? And how come a antivirus software can rape me by erasing 60+ hours of gameplay?

Never heard of anything like that.
Where did you install avast! to (what was the folder), and what is the gaming folder in question?

I installed Avast in program files, and my gaming folder was D:\Games
