I got Bsod when starting Firefox, i typed the address didnt even have time to press enter when i got BSOD. This is first time i’ve had Bsod on this laptop. I had ran full scan after that restart and after that i opened the firefox and it Bsod’d.
I like Avast a lot, would be nice to be able to run it again Where could i upload the Bsod Dump?

Compress it with ZIP, RAR or 7Zip and give it an original name. It will also be a good idea to include a text ( use notepad ) with your Forum e-mail and URL of this post.

Thanks bob i did run memtest86+ let it go overnight and bit more, no problems found. Also ran Vivard 0.4v no hdd errors found. Last ran the chkdsk /f in safemode, no problems found at all. Also ran sfc/ scannow via cmd.exe, admin rights, no problems found.
Puzzling… This was the first time ive had bsod with this comp, after i uninstalled avast it didnt bsod enymore.

Hm, well SD has saved my hide more times than i can count. Il switch it for something else, lure of avast is too strong ;D

Edit: Well, after uninstalling Shadow Defender and remocing all traces of it, installed avast. No problems enymore, been playing online etc. surfing. No Bsod’s or eny crashes This problem is solved, thank you all for your help
