It took me 1 hour to find a answer that you stopped your SafeZone broser - something that Ive paid and dont receive without any message and with the most terrible support.
I too have no faith in the support having raised a ticket and had no reply other than an automated holding message to say help coming soon. My problems started when I bought and loaded Avast Internet Security and lost access to the internet despite checking all the permissions were in place.
Have now uninstalled paid for rubbish and asked for refund , although I doubt I will receive one given Avasts performance so far.
