Avast hasn't removed my virus and I can't figure out how to remove the malware

I have a virus known as Alucsoft, my friends suggested I use avast to remove the virus but it has only shown that the virus is there, but hasn’t done anything to stop it. Why is it still there and how can I get rid of it?

The virus just melts my cpu by coin mining with going 50-80% cpu at a time and nothing can seem to delete it, not even cmd as admin.

Prevention is often better and easier than cure.
However, you don’t give any information on what Avast has found and what actions you have taken.
