I am flabbergasted at how Avast disconnects itself from customer issues, even if they are caused by themselves. There is no such thing as customer support anymore and I do not see them participating or even look at what is going on on this forum. Seems to be an industry wide trend that there are no real people anymore to assist with any issues. But there are always alternatives to remember when subscription renewal is due
I too am flabbergasted, that you actually haven’t asked a question.
So it would be pretty difficult for anyone and or Avast to even try to answer it.
Maybe you have not noticed my previous post, for your convenience I post this again
When Windows 10 was running on my PC the VPN worked fine. Then Microsoft decided to change this to Windows 11, of course without asking. Since Windows 11 is installed the VPN crashes / disconnects from the web just about every 2 hours, most of the time when something interesting is being broadcasted – very annoying. I was assuming that the Avast people would be aware of this, but this seems to be a wrong assumption. So what do I / Avast need to do to avoid that problem? And no, this has nothing to do with my internet connection, this is excellent.
It would have been simpler to keep everything together.
I don’t use win11 nor do I run the Avast VPN so I don’t have personal experience of it.
Within the Avast Antivirus program it is possible to enable debug logging to gather information.
I don’t know if this would extend to the VPN product as it is an addition to the AV product.
EDIT: I have tried to draw attention to your issue.
