We would like to take a closer look at this. For analysis we need some logs.
Please follow these steps:
First enable debug logging: GUI → Settings → General → Maitenance → Enable debug logging
Then reproduce the issue (turn on mailshield, then launch outlook and try to receive some email).
Then create support package and submit it (guide here: https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB33) and post here the ID of the created package so we can find it.
I have been monitoring the behavior of my avast internet security and since your replied I have noticed browsing and emails are working fine and no more blockage like before.
One problem still is going one that avast is blocking my shared folder to be accessed by other computers.
Avast was installed on a desktop where I shared some folders, laptops can’t access those folders unless I disabled avast.
Yes sharing and security configuration were done correctly and hence if there is no avast or disabled avast laptops can access those folders with no drama
