Avast Internet Security fails to remove a low-risk virus

Url-Mal trojan keeps reappeaing after alegledly being quarantined. This has hapened at least 5 times so far. Why did I.S. fail to stop this thing?

How to get rid of this?

URL:Mal = Blacklisted URL or IP

PDF:UrlMal-inf [trj] = pdf.doc that containe a clickable link to a blacklisted URL

If you dont need it just delete the pdf.doc manually
