Avast Internet Security renewal problem

I have Avast Internet Security for some time and it is time to renew it.

In the meanwhile, my Credit Card expired and I updated the CC information, as requested.

Problem is that I got an email saying “Your credit card wasn’t authorized”.
I have no idea why, as I use it regularly both locally and abroad.

Questions:
(1) How to get more info on the reason for the refusal?
(2) Is there any other form of payment? (Paypal? Invoice?..) (I am in Brazil)

Yes, I had seen it and read it throughly.

Checked that page again, just in case, and still cant find anything related to my questions: (1) Any additional info on the CC refusal? and (2) Any other form of payment?.

I have already updated my CC data using a link from the first Avast email (which said my CC had expired)

Received a second email saying “Your credit card wasn’t authorized”.

Updated my CC info again, in case I had mistyped something.

Licence info still says it expires tomorrow, Sep, 15 .

Note: Last month I renewed my SecureLine VPN license for 3 years without any problem.

Wow!! I certainly will do that! How does one get to this page?

I`ve spent 20-30 minutes going back and forth on Avast website and all I could find was FAQs (read a lot of them) and this forums.

I could not find a way to contact them by text (good that now I have your link) or phone. I must have missed something.
