Computer restarted before I could download the license file. I have requested that the license key be sent to me via email several times, but I’m not getting any emails. And yes, I checked the junk mail folder. How can I get that license file/key?
Presumably you purchased via the avast web site and Digital River (Element5) payment processing ?

You say you have requested the licence be resent, where did you do this ?
I requested the license key directly from Avast’s website. Yes, the software was purchased through Avast’s site, and the credit card transaction shows DRI. Wouldn’t the license key come from Avast, not DRI?
Fixed. I went through DRI’s website and was able to get the key. Thanks.
