I’m writing because I, like many others I see here, can’t get anywhere with Avast. I have had an unauthorized remote access to my computer despite having multiple current Avast subscriptions and at least 3 attempts with tech support to get rid of it. I have cancelled all auto payments and feel I deserve a refund but Avast does not seem to accept this request, just loops, like many others have experienced. My advice to those is to contact your payment provider and cancel payments to Avast. Taking your money is all they care about and proof is their lack of help, looping and multiple expensive subscriptions instead of advertising their Ultimate package.
