Avast is blocking any attachment that I have in my emails. I am using Windows 7 and my email company uses Zimbra. I have to disable Avast in order to open any attachment. Any suggestions?
when avast block something there should be a message, if so what does the message say … all info on it or post a screenshot

This would presumably have been added to/removed from the Engine and Virus updates.
Check that you have the latest virus definitions update.
I have the latest updates. I am not a computer guru and find Avast very hard to find and understand the terminology and it’s meaning as far as what different aspects does. I cannot find how to disable false positive detection for login.wctel.net/service/home/~. I do not see where to disable any type detection.

Do a manual update and restart computer … does it still block ?
Downloaded newest version and reloaded.
Seems to be working ok now.
