AVAST IS BLOCKING MY SITE AND ACCUSES ME OF BEING A FRAUD

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue where Avast is blocking my website, behappystore.net, which is built using Shopify. Despite whitelisting my site in the Avast settings, I still can’t access it. This problem has completely halted my ability to work on my store.

It seems that Avast has been blocking a lot of eCommerce sites using Shopify recently, (I dont know if there are shorting shopify’stocks or something …) and I’m wondering if others are facing similar issues. Since Avast’s customer support has not been responsive, I’m hoping someone here can help me out.

Could anyone please provide detailed steps on how to resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link ! Im gonna send it to shopify to know if they can do something about the line of code that causes an issue.

I have reported the site as a false positive but avast doesnt have a proper way to adress the issue. No support or ticket system …

That is the reason for the link is so that those underlying points can be investigated and to improve site security.

As for posting a report on Amazon, isn’t really helpful ‘to you’ - avast isn’t alerting on Amazon.

Even if it is an issue on Avast’s detection it still has to be reported as suggested and personally I wouldn’t rely on someone else.

I will send the report from https://en.internet.nl/site/behappystore.net/2902812/ to shopify support to see if they are able to fix the issue. but many check report sites dont see any issue with my site … and when im checking amazon, they are worse than my site so that cannot be the issue … check this out! https://en.internet.nl/site/amazon.com/2902821/ But im able to access amazon without problems …

I still think the issue is from avast.
