Avast IS blocks web acces randomly

Hello everyone.
It started with the latest version. Randomly, I can’t access any webpage. Issuing a ping command does nothing, not even a bad request. Today I found out that I can replicate this by entering a video game and minimizing it I have no access to any webpage. If I disable Avast the problems disappear. What is wrong with this version ??

As you are using Avast IS, recent issue with Avast Firewall might also affects you.
