hey guys has been a while since I downloaded and installed the free avast but when I try to enter the avast the account shows as if I was not with internet and checked everything, both driver and the own ethernet cable

I am not sure what your problem is. Can you please attach a screenshot from the Avast! screen/pop-up in your next post ?
