Wow, it seems Avast is trying to hold me hostage, my request to cancel my auto renewal keeps getting denied. I follow up on the portal link and once I get there, there’s no option to cancel the subscription or to delete/edit your payment information. I might just my have to cancel my card at the bank because of this…and then leave Avast altogether. >:( Anyone had a similar experience?BO

Yes, Tried multiple times to cancel, even going to digital river and always get some kind of error. “Oh sorry we cannot reduce our revenue at this time.”
Strange answer but obviously once it’s been turned off, it can’t be turned off again.
Without refreshing the page, it may still appear to be turned on.

Hi Katie45, I’ve checked the auto-renew for the VPN trial under your registered email address, and I can confirm that is successfully cancelled now.
