Avast keeps blocking or generating DNS problems

i think the same update that blocks all this internet connectivity problems, blocks avast to send the support ticket with the avastsupport tool…
because i’ve tryed like 10 times and always ends up freezing in one point or another

If the support package does not work for you, could you please zip whole log folder located in C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log and send it directly to me?

Actually you can’t because the PM function doesn’t allow attaching files.
You could upload the file to your Google Drive or similar and share a link to that file with him via a PM.

It seems that I get the same problem (Avast Free). Likely Avast blocks DNS during its updates.
