Avast keeps finding win32:Malware-gen

Can really use some help getting rid of this,
Avast keeps finding Win32:Malware-gen in 2 locations,
c:\windows\assembly\Gac_32\Desktop.ini
c:\windows\assembly\tmp\800000c0.sys

attached are logs from Malwarebytes,OTL and aswMBR

Ralph

I see you have allready run combofix - could you post that log please

here is the combofix log

thank you

When you run combofix this time allow it to update if it asks

  1. Close any open browsers.
  2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  3. Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:
File:: c:\windows\system32\drivers\sltjoqeb.sys c:\windows\system32\drivers\gyhktenb.sys c:\windows\system32\drivers\rxgwfabh.sys

Driver::
gyhktenb
rxgwfabh

Save this as CFScript.txt, in the same location as ComboFix.exe

Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exeWhen finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt which I will require in your next reply.

here is the new combofix log
