saying that Malicious URL has been blocked and its the same URL everytime. Happens every 20 mins or so. Also, does it when I am not even on any web pages.
Please help.

I am running Windows XP if that helps with anything.
I have ran a boot scan and also Malwarebytes to and finds nothing.
I am getting the same exact thing. I’ve ran a boot scan, malwarebytes and spybot. Nothing has been detected.
Check your proxy settings
Go to Control Panel and select Internet Options
Select the Connections TAB
Select LAN settings button
Ensure there is no tick in the Proxy Server box
Select OK and restart Internet explorer
And for Firefox there are instructions on this page and you want the setting to be no proxy
