Avast keeps posting threat blocked notification but scans come out clean

Hi,

The Avast notification “threat blocked” consistently comes up while browsing the internet. Avast suggests running a Smart Scan. The scans come back clean, yet the popups continue. Any suggestions on what to do? Thank you.

Cleaning logs are enclosed.

A screenshot of the popup message would help

Here is a notification.

Does it happen when only YouTube is opened in Chrome?

It happens on other pages. Not only when YouTube is opened in Chrome.

Open in Chrome
chrome://serviceworker-internals/

and click on Unregister button all entries.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the popups continue.

Can you switch to OpenDNS, Google DNS or CloudFlare DNS and check will it popup again?

Thanks again, but the popups continue even after changing DNS settings.

Hvae you restarted PC after chaning DNS settings? Please post new FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs.

It seems to be google itself? I also have similar warnings while opening google chrome. Is it a real trojan or a bug in Avast? All scans are clean, nothing found. If I delete google chrome, its away and if I install google chrome, Avast shows a trojan while opening google chrome.

It blocked one of the Chrome extension. Remove (or disable) Chrome extensions one by one until you find culprit?
