Avast keeps telling me "Avast has blocked a harmful webpage or file"

Avast keep displaying the below pop up message.

Object: http:://65.19.157.203/favicon.ico
Infection:L URL:Mail
Process: C:\Program Files(x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

I can see that this has something to do with Firefox, but that is it. I run the Avast brower scan and it does not find anything.

How do I resolve this issue?
