Avast license problems

Hei all.
I recently how problems with my pc, and then reinstal windows xp.
All was good, and then i go instal my favrite av. Avast of course. :slight_smile:
Afer that i tray to insert my old IS licence but its “NOT VALID”. Now i go to my account to download licence (i think maybe this get damaged), and cant find my licence.
I how free 3 years IS licence, and left around one year until licence expired.
I em it worker,and all friends recomend to instal avast, and then i get this licence.
And now i em sad, because this licence working befor and now dont. :frowning:
Please help me. I whant back my Avast Internet Securyti.

Thanx, but no help. Maybe this is because i dont buy license? I get it for reward.
P.S. Find the mistake, i watch little new avast interface on web and find button to recomand avast to friend, after that i get page open where i can download my free license again. :slight_smile:

Problem is because license that you were given as reward is for 1 PC only and Avast thinks that your license is still on your PC.

I think you should contact support via tickets.

It didn’t, all I got was this:

I paid £14.99 direct to Avast on debit card for a 1-year licence just a few days ago. However like the OP a PC crash necessitated me reinstalling Windows XP Pro and Avast Cleanup thinks mine is new machine, it isn’t.

Any way around the problem?
