I have installed Mobile security in my Android device. But in devices page at my avast.com/devices portal, the Antivirus part of the circle is greyed out with the message “Antivirus software is not installed.” Yet, I confirmed on GP also, that I have the app installed. What am I missing here ?
Hi, have you linked your new app to your account? my.avast.com does not show, whether the app is installed, but whether it is linked to the account.
Hi Tereza, I’m having the same issue as Str1der. I’ve linked my account by going through the app, over to Tools–> Avast Account and then I’ve connected there and I’ve also logged into my.avast on a desktop, it’s the first thing I do when I installed four and now five but five doesn’t seem to work. Is there anything I’m missing here?
I have almost the same problem.
In my phone i have installed Avast Mobile(AM) and Avast Antithief(AA), both already configured and working but in “my avast”(MA) i get a warning of AM and AA not installed.
I view with more detail MA and find two entries for the same device instead of only one, perhaps this is the problem related above.
Yeah - mine also will show two devices with each rather than one device with both installed.

@Str1der: As Tereza wrote your Mobile security app is not probably linked with your account. When this will be done, account will be probably showing two devices instead of one.

My phone does show up in my list of protected devices, but it doesn’t show up in my rewards (that is, I haven’t received the Mobile Security badge and points). Is this also a known bug?
