I recently purchased Avast Mobile Premium. I activated it on my Avast account using my Android phone which updated to reflect the new features. In the Avast account device manager online it reports the phone as having the premium license app as well as having all shields activated. I also have an Android tablet connected to my Avast account that when it updated to Premium, it shows in the device manager as not having realtime shields or virus definition updates enabled. There are no settings that have been disabled and everything is showing as “OK” in the main Mobile Premium screen.
-Tried uninstalling/reinstalling
-Android OS up-to-date
-Device manager shows everything else as correct (anti-theft and backup installed, etc)
-Tablet behaves as if realtime shields are working
-Diagnose connection to avast account gives no errors
Is this a problem with the online device manager or something with how the premium license is being used? Realtime shields worked with the free license, now after paying for a better application my tablet is being shown as unprotected.
