I just downloaded the premium through “myavast.com” thinking that it would automatically update that premium version to my phone…but it is saying that I need to download the avast software again on my phone and then enter in the license key…I have the license key when I bought the premium version, but I don’t have my phone. Can you download through my account on my laptop instead of downloading the avast software all over again?
(The current version I have on my phone is the free version, I wanted to be able to control my phone more so thats why I purchased the premium version, but I didn’t know I had to have access to my phone again-its lost)
It is not possible, I am sorry - the license must be bought from the device (Google Play) or the voucher number must be inserted manually onto device. In case like this you can try to ask the support, they can trigger the DB and make your device premium, but it is not easy procedure.
