Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus Incompatible with Asus Fonepad 7 FE170CG....??

Hi,

I had installed Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus on my ASUS Fonepad 7 2014 FE170CG.
I had then purchased a premium 1 year subscription for the same and the money had got deducted from my account.
The app was working fine.
But after I did a FACTORY RESET on my phone and tried to re install Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus, it says:
“This app is incompatible with all of your devices”.
Even though Avast has charged me a full one year subscription fee, I am not being able to install the app.
Need help please…!!!
