Hi

I’m using App Lock to secure Google Play Store on my mobile. However on opening Play Store and using it for updates and downloads etc it constantly prompts me to enter my Avast pin. This has become so annoying that I have to disable app locking for this app. It never used to do this, I only had to enter my pin once on opening the App Locked app! I’m using Android Kitkat 4.4.4. and Avast is up to date. Any suggestions?

I believe you can set it so it has to ask after so often, I have mine set for 10 seconds so if I switch to something else then switch back it will usually ask me again for my pin.

Hi,
I am having the same problem, I dont find any setup there where i can stop popping up the request of entering pin again and again. Though there is option you can set which days and what time you want app lock to be active or not to be active.
Waiting to hear if there is any solution for stopping the pop ups " Enter Pin" after you enter once at the time of opening the application.

There was a bug showing PIN lock multiple times when the system was low on resources.

If tests go well, it should be fixed in the next release, thank you guys for the info.

I inadvertently uninstalled AVAST on my Android mobile and after reinstalling it, I too am having the same problem in Gmail. It was not an issue before, it has only become an issue after the reinstall today. It is very frustrating because part way through writing an email, I get logged out and have to log in again!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

I got a new phone, done away with the old one, and moved the old license to the new phone.

Now I’m trying to configure my Avast Mobile Security. Apparently I cannot open App Locking or Anti-Theft, because it asks for a PIN number.

I have never used AVAST on this new phone, and I do not know what the PIN is because the PIN for my old disposed phone won’t work.

Help, please?
