avast mobile security displays on my.avast device as unprotected

I’ve installed avast mobile security on a Samsung SM-T713 tablet, enabled antitheft and everything in the device is looking OK.

When I logon at my account at my.avast.com, it displays the device as unprotected, BUT all services and antitheft are green, and the device communicates with the server.

I see a message DEVICE UNPROTECTED but with no other explanation.

Do you have any idea?

I’m using AIS for years
No other security product installed
