Avast Mobile Security is now Avast One

My Androids updated today; don’t know about iOS. Settings and licensure made the trip successfully. I wonder if Avast Free/Premium will be next.

Yes. update from Google Play Store (android) became “Avast One”. I actually uninstalled/reinstalled the “Avast Mobile Security” app from Play Store, but got “Avast One” instead. I guess it is (unannounced) product rationalisation.

Icon on home screen shows Avast One, but account shows Avast Mobile security ,it seems to run as if free version installed.

Uninstalled and installed Avast One, could only use free version. Clicked on have subscription says no valid license, even so on phone has right account is shown.

Expires on the 31 30 2028. Just renewed today.

I went to contact them on their site, but only can contact by phone. I have had bad experience last time i spoke on the phone with avast.

Is there any other way to contact with them.

Only noticed yesterday on android. premium on mobile now avast one and as above licence shows still as premium.

Hi MrDJ, your account page is correct. You are running a Avast One program (included) on a Avast Premium Security license. I am running a Avast One program (included) on a Avast Ultimate license. Avast seems to have done their best to mix up and confuse the softwares and licenses.
