Have few apps, no email etc. Minimal ram usage and plenty of space available. But suddenly paid version freezing upon opening. Eventually has avast notification saying it is not responding, choose wait, stop or report.
Have tried to send 4 different reports as this keeps happening despite reinstall but never sends just finally closes out.
Occassionally it works a few times then just wont even more times…all in one sitting. Occassionally after frozen on opening avast blue s reen, will then be a black screen and eventually the avast stop responding thing comes up.
If uninstalling and reinstalling wont help, if I am unable to send report with logs attached and despite this is a lean and new android 6.o LG 4 phone with no 3erd party apps installed save firefox and avast… What do I do? Frozen screen shot attached…nothing spectacular just blank blue screen with o ly avast header nothing else.
