Avast mobile security Pro Users Betrayed

Thank u avast for simply betraying ur paid users…

Well, all users were given avast Secure Line Mobile license for the left period of avast Mobile Security Premium they had, so everything was OK. I had and have now all my premium features and had a Secure Line for the period I paid for AMS :slight_smile:

Common buddy…just quit the bullshitting…I quit avast …keep ma licence left days…no more of following untrustworthy savage company…

And no, I don’t agree with how avast did things with the mobile security.
They should have informed the users up front and gave the free version the same options as the premium version had with the first release.

To me it seems that the people at avast who make decisions have become blinded by money.
It seems they have forgotten what made avast the nr 1 av vendor.

YOU May have been given a Secure line licence for the duration of your remaining premium, BUT i on the other hand was just given SEVEN DAYS. I had many more months left on my subscription…!!

Submit a ticket.
Explain that you had more than the 7 days left on your premium subscription.
It would surprise me (that if you really had more days/months to go) if avast would not correct it.
