Why does my mobile security, web guard and hack alerts switch off many times during the day?
I kept getting notifications to run smart scan then go into settings and select avast mobile to switch on the service.
This often occurs on Samsung mobiles. It is reportedly due to Power Saving modes and has been an known issue for years. The only workround is to go and switch the service off then on again, as Avast will notify on the device.
Note: I am not an Avast Team member, just another user.
