As the title says. Avast has been able to block any threats originating from this virus but cannot find the virus itself in order to delete it.
I’m not that familiar with viruses and removing them so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What does the message from avast say? … All info on the message or post a screenshot
Well the filepath refers to temporary files in Windows whereas the process is linked to Eset Security in my Program Files.
