I have avast anti virus with every setting on high, a virus came in called “antivirus pro” tryed scanning and got nothing on a thorough scan, tryed reboot and it has damaged quite a few files, cant access control panel options because “rundll32.exe” cant be found (ive looked manualy and found it) and all applications wont open to open firefox i had to open firefox.exe with firefox.exe, but some programes like paint cant be opened like this, i have managed to open avast like this and do a search but avast is no longer poping up with virus database updated. therefore this may not be fixed. any manual ways past this?

Just to be sure i have done my research and tryed manualy removing this but on every website i go on it says"kill proccesses" and none of the named processes are running i tryed the application and clicked to go to process and the process is called av.exe, similarly with the registry files, but they cant be found same as all of the other files related to it. but i have it because it is the same application popping up. help anyone?
ive tryed that, i must have a different or updated version because the files and things that lists i cant find any of them…
then after a restart trying to get antispyware software “rundll32.exe” doesnt work and to open fire fox i have to acualy click on it then i get the openwith window and open it with its self, same with all programs only some will not open this way. and without rundll32.exe working i cant do a system restore.
And you have tried removing it with Malwarebytes Antimalware ?
I cant find any free ones, and i am not willing to purchase anything online whilst i am infected.
Malwarebytes is free and the best rogue remover that exist, so try following the guide step by step
ive tryed to install it but i get the open with window apearing.

I tryed opening with itself when it poped up and after great difficuitly have got it running, but even when the malware has gone will it still pop up eith the open with thing when i click to run a program? has the virus deleted something that is meant to automaticaly open i with something?
