Avast not recognising my subscription

For some months, I haven’t been able to get my subscription recognised …

Even wiped the phone and reinstalled.

Much thanks after about six months trying to get this fixed, including emails to support and posts in the beta area.

BTW: In My.Avasy.com, it shows the AntiVirus as not installed.

Also, the captcha is nearly impossible to read

Captcha is only needed for your first 3 posts. (Spam protection)

Mike, please try to reconnect your device to the account:

  • open the app → tap on Menu → Avast Account → Disconnect → Sign out
  • select exactly the same method for login you use on my.avast.com (with Google, Facebook, or E-mail)
  • follow on-screen instructions to link the app to your My Avast Account
