I have mobile avast on my smart phone and didn’t realise is comes with Pro Antivirus free !!!
When contacting Avast via the phone account requesting a refund of the amount, I didn’t even get a reply to the ticket !!!
So thought I’d come on here as it’s been a while now as started the ticket on 3rd December !! Have added messages twice asking for at least a reply…Nothing.
Used a different email to register the phone, but that should not matter as explained all in ticket, but not even a reply and I find this disgraceful being that Avast has been my antivirus for a good 4 years plus now…
renewal coming up and think after the poor contact, we may go elsewhere ! And after recommending it to so many friends too … Feel utterly let down.

No, mobile and pc versions are sepparate. mobile doesn't come with a pc version.

The phone support is for pc versions only and does not handle refund requests. For that you will need to submit a ticket through the website.

As mentioned many times, creating a new ticket/changing a existing one will put you back at the bottom of the stack which will make you have to wait a lot longer.
Ok so I have Antivirus Pro on my PC, then put it on my phone !! So I know mobile does not come with a PC version, you miss understood the comment. I had PC Antivirus Pro, THEN downloaded mobile !!!
All Coms with Avast have been via the website and on the PC, I just used the phone login details !!! Again you miss understood / read.
Many times ??? No one has ever mentioned creating a new ticket puts it to the bottom of the pile !!! Also I have only ever had ONE Ticket and not one inconsiderate employee of avast has ever replied and I’ve been waiting since 03rd December !!! So bottom of what pile !!!
Long periods have been left when I have ever left a reply to a Ticket, (not created a new one), and still no answer, so you’ll be glad to know cancelled all subscriptions and taken my business elsewhere along with all my co workers and friends, I will no longer be an ambassador for Avast as this neglect and shear rude treatment has made sure of that.
