Avast On Prem Business Console - Clients not getting updates

Hi

I believe we have an issue with the Avast On Prem Business Console - Version 7.29.1039. Clients don’t seem to be receiving policy updates from the server.

We have added exceptions for [b]https://hawksupport.zohodesk.eu/*[/b] and this does pass down to the clients. It is still being blocked on all clients as a phishing site.

If the console site is getting detected, you can open up a case with us at support and we can get it whitelisted sending some screenshots of the detections may also help. We may also ask for the logs. Otherwise, you can submit it to the virus lab directly at https://www.avast.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form.php#pc
