Avast One running in Silent Mode but keeps popping up to tell me so

I’ve recently installed Avast One on a new Windows 11 laptop and I already have it installed on a Windows 11 desktop and a couple of Android phones.

On the other devices, it works well, but on the new laptop I am frequently being interrupted by Avast popping up to tell me that I’m in Silent Mode. Ironically, it tells me that this will give me peace and quiet! How do I stop it doing this?!

I’ve been having the same issue. Turning off network inspector settings like suggested by someone here (*it won’t let me link the post so I’ll try just posting the title: * avast-one-ui-keeps-opening-on-its-own-why) seems to be working for now. Worth a try.
