The plugin no longer works, I have tried everything, re installed the browser and the extension, removed all traces of the browser that was installed in the C drive so the browser does a clean install, this is a allready a clean install of windows 10 21h1, but for some reason every time i view a website i get the following message “Unknown site We don’t have enough information yet to rate this website” This is happening on firefox and google chrome the latest versions.

Getting the same in Firefox, Chrome and Opera. Extension was working fine yesterday.

I can confirm I have this issue too, on Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.864.48 (Official build) (64-bit) on a Windows 10 computer. Tried everything to get it back to work, with no such luck.
The software seems to be working just fine everywhere else- it’s just not showing the site ratings. Very frustrating. Glad to know I’m not the only one.
