Since this morning, everytime I go to Facebook and Twitter, AVAST ONLINE SECURITY for Firefox says that the sites are not safe, there is a message on the screen, I can’t remove it, so I had to remove AVAST ONLINE SECURITY to easily use Facebook and Twitter.
Yeah what the eff Avast!?
For me it’s Twitter Avast! isn’t allowing me to enter.

Same. What is going on? And how do I get around it short of disabling Avast altogether?
Yes, same here. I’ve about had it with Avast, after it blocked my outgoing emails and now this morning I can’t even log in to my own Twitter account!!! And the message that Avast overlays onto my Twitter only allows one option: “get out of here”. No choice! No, whitelist this site, No, proceed anyway, nothing.
I’m sick of this over reaction, sick of Avast’s constant interference on my computer, sick of getting nag screens and adverts.
Actually Facebook works, I think it happened because I went to Facebook right after Twitter right after the message when I was on Twitter.
So only Twitter has this problem. I don’t undertand because it suddenly happened. This morning I went to Twitter many times, nothing happened. And 1-2 hours later, I got this message from Avast Online Security.
Twitter seems to be working now
