Every time I use google chrome I get a pop up frame from avast password.

I click “Don’t ask me again” every single time it pops up, yet it still does it every time I use the browser. How do I stop this annoying little box from pestering me? This is to the point where I am ready to uninstall avast and ask for a refund. Chrome has it’s own password manager, and it works fine. I do NOT want to use the avast password manager, and should not have to be spammed every time I open my browser.
